The staff were very professional and pleasant, and the location was conveniently situated in the middle of the city, just 2 km from the Barbican.

i booked good sized and fairly quiet room with central heating, a work desk, and a tv. the bathroom was clean and i thoroughly enjoyed windows overlooking garden. the hotel was close to a large central square thanks to its particularly good location.

I really enjoyed my one-night stay here. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly. it was nice and quiet, plus I had the benefit of a private bathroom. 😊.

I absolutely loved the beautiful green space in the middle of the hotel. It was so nice to have trees and grass surrounding the area. It made the whole place feel peaceful and serene. As a senior woman, I found it very comforting to be surrounded by nature. The hotel's ground-level rooms were also a big plus for me. It was very convenient not having to climb any stairs or use an elevator. I felt safe and comfortable being able to access my room easily. the hotel's decoration and accessibility for senior people were top-notch.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more attentive. Sometimes I felt like the children working there were too busy and not paying enough attention to the needs of the guests.

The staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay, and I've been returning ever since. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, board games, pets allowed, and non-smoking rooms. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

We stayed at Hotel & Residence Avermes for one night as we were traveling through France. The hotel was easy to find and the receptionist was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a 15% discount at the nearby Campanile hotel for dinner. The price was reasonable, and we loved the unique setup of the hotel with circular units surrounding a central green area. Parking in front of our unit was convenient.

We had a blast exploring the nearby La Pal Amusement Park, which was only a short drive away. The hotel had digital television in the room, so we could chill and watch our favorite shows after a long day of fun. It was the perfect place for young, adventurous teenagers like us!

The only thing we would've loved to have at the hotel was a cool hangout area, like a game room or a lounge, where we could chill and have a good time with our friends. It would've added an extra element of fun to our stay.
